After delivering a powerful performance for the New York/New Jersey Council in June/2006, The Upstate New York Minority Purchasing Council, of Buffalo, New York, calls on Hall. Mr. Hall will head to Buffalo to host a "You Are the Money! Empowerment Symposium."
